How to get the fastest reply
Send all relevant context in the first email. It saves us a back-and-forth and gets you an answer the same day instead of the same week.
- 1Which page is it about? Paste the URL — with the date if you saw something earlier that has changed.
- 2What did you expect to see? And what did you actually see? Screenshots help enormously.
- 3If it concerns an operator — name them, the licence shown, and whether you have a case or ticket ID with them.
- 4We don’t resolve account disputes directly. We can investigate and update our reviews, but the case itself has to go between you and the operator — and onward to the licensing authority if needed.
What we can’t help with
